The glimmering Orange County coastline just got sparklier, if that’s even possible. Piaget, the heritage luxury watch and jewelry brand, has opened a new boutique in Costa Mesa, at the equally grand South Coast Plaza mall. Though many travel far and wide to experience warm Southern California sunshine, Piaget hasn’t moved far—it’s just a few doors down from their previous location.

Piaget at the South Coast Plaza is a small, intimate, and painstakingly designed space, measuring out to a petite 86 square meters. It’s the first boutique in North America to display the brand’s Radiance concept, a design philosophy that mirrors the brand’s fascination with light—its movement, its warmth, its ability to reveal beauty. The boutique is less a store than a meditation on luminosity: each surface and reflection seems to consider what it means to glow. The space is innovative and warm, rich in color and intentionality, echoing Piaget’s dedication to craftsmanship and innovation.

In one display, Piaget’s timepieces are held in circular cases mounted on a wall painted in their signature House of Gold. They appear as though they are stones in a rushing river or sap droplets dripping from a sycamore maple tree, floating, yet secure, and symbolizing time as both natural and precious. In another, waves roll behind the house’s jewelry in a design by creative director Stéphanie Sivrière, signifying the movement and flow of time itself, and the rhythm between permanence and change.

Several of the house’s iconic and high jewelry collections are on display in Costa Mesa, including the Polo, Sixtie, Altiplano, and Possession collections—each one a study in motion, light, and mastery.
