Freedom of style is a luxury that challenges us to define ourselves on our own terms, blending the unexpected to showcase our individuality. Amplifying this spirit, renowned Milanese jeweler Pomellato introduces its new high jewelry collection, Stile Libero. Translating to “free style,” jewelry becomes more than an accessory—it is a declaration of liberty and modernity.
Championing self-expression since 1967, Pomellato’s Stile Libero, composed of 65 pieces, is crafted as a narrative of color, volume, and eclecticism, designed for women who are refined, strong, and unapologetically singular. Unfolding in three chapters—Visionary Colors, Magnetic Gold, and Hypnotic Shadows—each honors Pomellato’s goldsmithing artistry.

In Visionary Colors, the collection celebrates the brilliance of vibrant hues in every form. Gemstones are not simply precious stones but mediums that convey power and emotion. Highlighting the maison’s serti libre technique, gems are set in organic geometries, defying conventional jewelry constraints and celebrating the natural as refinement. Key creations in this chapter include Mandala Chromia, a medallion necklace with 99 multicolored sapphires bordered by brown diamonds; Serti Libre, three bold rings featuring Mandarin garnets, pink spinels, and tsavorites paired with various diamonds; and the Rainbow Supreme Necklace, a 157-carat rivière necklace with 68 round-cut tourmalines displaying a spectrum of pink, yellow, and green.
Magnetic Gold harks back to the essence of Stile Libero—gold, the original substance of Pomellato—by exploring the interplay between gold and diamonds. The Attache necklace, a rose-gold heritage chain, features links encrusted with both white and brown diamonds, showcasing Pomellato’s signature use of brown diamonds since 2003. Additionally, the Byzantine Choker and Audace Necklace exemplify Milanese elegance, featuring brown diamonds set in rose gold.

Hypnotic Shadows pays homage to Pomellato’s goldsmithing heritage and ever-evolving style. Translating the centuries-old goldsmith technique of openwork, French master artisan Sara Bran crafts the Arabesque Necklace in rose gold. The necklace's design resembles intricate lacework, adorned with 18 rose-cut diamonds and crafted over 1,450 hours of expert handwork; a pair of white gold manchette bracelets completes the parure. The Ipnotica Rings and Earrings feature fluid geometric forms with a bas-relief effect, adorned with both white and brown diamonds, another interpretation of openwork.
Stile Libero is a testament to Pomellato’s advocacy for female empowerment, positioning jewelry not only as ornamentation but as an act of individuality and freedom.
