The New York Public Library became a gallery for the living canvases of Pamella Roland’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection. Inspired by American modernism, her pieces evoke an era of art that champions aestheticism whilst grappling with a rapidly changing cultural landscape. The collection is a celebration of the exuberant, bright, and fiercely unique woman.

Roland interprets the spirit of modernist greats: Georgia O’Keeffe’s brushstrokes and florals translated into ombre chiffon, the architectural lines of Frank Stella seen in a metallic laser-cut plexiglass cocktail dress, Andy Warhol’s postmodern pop puissance, and Alice Barber's command of color.

The audience, which included Nicky Hilton, Jamie Chung, Bianca Lawson, Flaviana Matata, Jaime Alexander, and Jay Manuel, watched as Pamella Roland paid homage to and reinterpreted the works of these modern muses in a contemporary context.
