A testament to the hotel's abiding appreciation for creative innovation and automotive excellence, The Peninsula London presents A World Within, an art fleet in collaboration with contemporary artist KOZO and the arts and culture platform, CART Department. Just in time for Frieze London, six of the hotel’s signature vehicles become a mobile gallery, displayed across the streets of London for the month of October.

The inspiration comes from The Peninsula's own history with automotive art, which began nearly 100 years ago in Hong Kong, when the hotel had commissioned history's biggest order of Rolls-Royce Phantoms. Now, Brooklyn-based KOZO basing this original body of work on the picturesque Peninsula and bucolic British setting, infusing his unique micro-realism into two Rolls-Royce Phantom IIs, a Bentley Bentayga, an electrified Austin Taxi, a BMW i7, and a LEVC.

KOZO’s work offers peeks into reality: pastoral landscapes dotted with classical architecture and Peninsula landmarks, including Guardian Lions and Wellington Arch, all brought to life through bespoke vinyl wraps crafted from original digital artwork and expertly executed by The Peninsula London at Topaz.

“The Peninsula London felt like the natural partner because of their incredible history and heritage, which is truly rooted in cars,” says Larry Warsh, founder of CART Department. “The Peninsula has that genuine, storied connection to cars, that authenticity is what made them the right partner for this immersive art series.”
