After the huge success of their first collaboration, Bephie, a non-traditional streetwear brand by Elizabeth Birkett Gibbs partnered up with genderless fashion brand, No Sesso, to create another capsule collection in celebration of February's Black History Month. The launch kicked off with a presentation and party at The Underground Museum, here in Los Angeles.  The collection draws inspiration from communities around Black churches, Black hair, and the many sociopolitical conversations that exist within these communities. Bephie, who is equally invested in redefining how women of color and part of the LGBTQ community are represented in fashion, also wanted to express that in this project.   Attendees wore bright multi-layered outfits, which reflected the bold colors and patterns the line has to offer. The event was filled with familiar faces like guests Mark Ronson, Jesse Williams, Kelsey Lu, and Arthur Jafa. The capsule pieces will be sold exclusively at Union Los Angeles.
