On the corner of Bowery and 3rd stands an eclectic building, home to The Bowery Hotel. Designed by visionaries Sean MacPherson and Eric Goode, the boutique hotel has all the charm of ‘old’ New York with luxurious modern amenities.
At check in, guests are greeted with a wall of tasseled brass keys and antique hardwood floors. Factory-style windows make room for the sun to drench all 135 rooms and an expansive terrace. The rooms are lined with Oushak rugs, velvet drapes, and the marble bathrooms are stocked with luxury goods designed by Lingua Franca. Every detail has been considered, especially the signature Bowery bellhop Bear atop each bed.
During a stay at The Bowery, guests can enjoy a meal in award-winning Trattoria Gemma or indulge in chef Andrea Taormina’s late-night eats, like Pistachio Cannoli, available around the clock. Velvet loungers in The Bowery Lobby bar can offer some respite from the city's constant buzz. Behind the bar are expert bartenders mixing seasonal cocktails or pouring heavy glasses from a substantial wine list.

The hotel, in collaboration with Lingua Franca, is making ‘forever’ possible. For the first time, the ethical cashmere brand has created an exclusive capsule of hand-stitched sweaters, cozy accessories and in-room signature items, available on the hotel’s E-Shop. One jacquard crewneck features a whimsical pattern of a notorious Bowery Gang leader, while another oversized sweater is adorned with the hotel's name in its signature red font. Whether it be the Bowery’s signature bedding, plush robes or a collectable Bowery Bear Coat, guests can now bring home a memento of their stay. Shop the special collection online now.
