For those new to racing, Formula One is the epitome of motorsport and, with 24 Grand Prix races at locations across the globe, is the world’s most prestigious motor racing competition. Individual drivers compete for the title of world champion in the Drivers’ Championship while teams race for the F1 Constructors’ Championship. The Formula One Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix took place over the past weekend, bringing together drivers from across the world and drawing in racing fanatics all eager to witness the results of this world-class event.
Australian McLaren driver Oscar Piastri was presented with the trophy of the Formula One Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2025 in its Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk on Sunday, May 4, following his fourth Grand Prix win of the season. The Louis Vuitton Trophy Trunk showcases the maison’s craftsmanship and innovative designs, with the signature “V” for “Victory” overlaying the trunk’s monogrammed canvas in a blend of bespoke excellence in both fashion and sports. The French fashion house has long created these trunks to house the prestigious awards of iconic sporting events, including partnerships with FIFA World Cup, Davis Cup, Australian Open, and of course, Formula One. Piastri’s intense and strategic racing combined with the savoir faire and history of Louis Vuitton’s trunk design reminds us, yet again, that “Victory Travels in Louis Vuitton.”
It’s no secret that the Formula One Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix draws a huge audience of racing enthusiasts, both those experiencing it through a screen and those lucky enough to witness it in person. Not only does the celebration of motorsport and extravagance play out on the track, but also among the stars in attendance.
Some of this year’s notable attendees included Tyler Hoechlin, Emelia Hartford, Ian Bohen, and Nicole Williams English—all invited by the Glenfiddich x Aston Martin Formula One Team. The recently launched partnership between these two brands offers attendees access to the Paddock Club, a luxurious experience that includes meals and drinks along with exclusive experiences and unmatched views of the track.
Also in attendance at this year’s Grand Prix was Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback, sporting the Hublot Square Bang Unico Sapphire—a 42mm watch artfully crafted with synthetic sapphire that protects the mechanism whilst exposing the heart of the watch to its wearer.
For attendees staying at the Miami Beach EDITION, a luxurious tropical oasis with a plethora of amenities and access to eateries that perfectly complement the experience of the Grand Prix, the Matador Room by world-renowned chef Jean-George Vongerichten offered a divine menu of Caribbean, Spanish, and Latin and South American cuisines in an ambient dining room resembling the supper clubs of the 1940s and ‘50s.
Attendees also had the opportunity to enjoy a celebratory evening at Delilah Miami on Saturday, May 3, with a party hosted by The h.wood Group and Chase Sapphire Reserve. Musical duo SOFI TUKKER headlined the night, while guests enjoyed a night of drinks and dancing at the weekend’s hottest party. Chase Sapphire Reserve members also had access to the “Reserve Room,” where they indulged in specialized cocktails and had the opportunity to personalize custom leather wallets.
