There’s something about Calvin Klein that simply evokes cool. Its blend of sensual modernism, youthful energy, and that unmistakable “in my Calvins” ease is entirely its own. And naturally, it centers on denim and underwear: the foundational pieces of any American, or Americana-inspired, wardrobe. It’s only natural that Calvin Klein would return home for its next chapter in New York City, where it has just announced a new global flagship in the heart of SoHo.

The store pays homage to the brand’s 1968 origins, echoing the now-quintissential SoHo lofts that once housed wayward artists in the neighborhood’s industrial heyday. At 530 Broadway, more than 3,000 square feet of historic space now showcases the brand’s signature denim and underwear, alongside Calvin Klein’s full men’s and women’s collections. The interior ties together past and present with a sculptural spiral staircase, 3D-sculpted sofas and chairs, and moving crates repurposed as product displays—design choices that play with light, movement, and the rawness of the original loft aesthetic.

Soon, New York will have an exclusive array of Calvins, all to itself. To mark the opening, Calvin Klein is releasing a limited-edition capsule of tees, fleece sweatshirts, hats, and totes, all featuring a custom Calvin Klein SoHo logo in navy, cobalt, grey, and white.
“We are proud to return to one of the world’s most fashionable cities—and the birthplace of our iconic brand—with an elevated retail expression,” says David Savman, Calvin Klein’s Global Brand President. “Calvin Klein embodies a distinctive, global way of living that meets culture, and this store is the latest step on our journey of taking our brand to the next level."
