Ralph Lauren’s Fall 2026 Women’s Polo collection takes cues from the adventurous fashion spirit of 1970s America. Influenced by both the polished energy of New York City and the raw beauty of the American Southwest, the collection explores the balance between elegance and ruggedness. The mindset of respecting convention while reshaping that convention is the creative starting point for this collection, which was displayed at Ralph Lauren’s recent Paris Fashion Week runway show. Attendees came out in droves to witness this fresh collection, including Maggie Rogers, Iris Law, Emmanuelle Koffi, Vicky Montanari, and many others.

The tension between structure and freedom appears throughout the pieces. Tailoring begins with a narrow, elongated shape but softens through fluid styling and relaxed layering. The palette centers on deep neutrals such as black, white, navy, chocolate brown, and camel, interrupted by occasional bursts of red, yellow, and green. A reminder of the free spirit, and specifically the Western free spirit. Contrasting textures add depth, with corduroy beside worn leather, suede layered over crisp shirting, and shearling paired with silk. Styling highlights combinations that feel both refined and slightly undone. Classic evening pieces fit to wear to the Metropolitan Opera House mix with casual Western elements; a tuxedo shirt paired with a patterned scarf and belt, or a vibrant knit layered beneath flannel and worn with a sharply cut tuxedo jacket.

These contrasts create a look that is relaxed yet sophisticated, reflecting the effortless polish that defines Polo’s aesthetic. Outerwear serves as the foundation of the collection, with tailored wool coats updated through shearling accents and textured fabrics. Windbreakers appear in materials like herringbone and supple Nappa leather, offering a modern spin on classic American sportswear. Accessories further express individuality through bold belts, Western-inspired boots, leather gloves, and new handbag designs, including the Polo Blaze. Designed with equestrian-inspired details, the bag embodies the confident spirit of the Polo woman. A woman who values practicality, independence, and personal expression over passing trends. Trends come and go, but our self-expressing spirit will always linger on, eager to show off what makes us, us.
