Last night was no exception as Miu Miu and Maxfield threw a soiree to launch their new “Type” capsule. As mentioned [before](http://www.flaunt.com/content/miu-miu-type), the collection featured hoodies, pants and poplin shirts decorated in prints designed by Parisian graphic auteurs M/M Paris. 2T3A7572.jpg ![2T3A7572.jpg](https://assets-global.website-files.com/62ee0bbe0c783a903ecc0ddb/6472b329c7a88e544f755201_2T3A7572.jpeg) Along with the Type capsule Miu Miu also took over Maxfield’s gallery, the Prouve Structure, for an installation that any Miu Miu girl would appreciate. Inside large scale flags with the typography cascaded against the glass walls. The fall collection was on full display as the brands denim puffers sat next to the diamanté fringed purses and statement coats reflected the gold sequin off of the Mary Jane’s. In the corner an artisan was kept busy adding personalized patches to the garments. ![](https://assets-global.website-files.com/62ee0bbe0c783a903ecc0ddb/6472b329c7a88e544f75520d_image-asset.jpeg) The night was decorated with a covetable crowd of young Hollywood’s current social elite as well as Flaunt approved wunderkinds: Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Juno Temple, Kacy Hill, Kilo Kish, Maika Monroe, Rumer and Tallulah Willis just to name a few. 2T3A7687.jpg ![2T3A7687.jpg](https://assets-global.website-files.com/62ee0bbe0c783a903ecc0ddb/6472b329c7a88e544f755209_2T3A7687.jpeg) When not knocking back champagne or tequila soda’s a long line of the well dressed queued up inside the main store to grab items from the Miu Miu vending machine. Towards the end the night a special acoustic performance by Okay Kaya had the crowd swaying and attentive, a perfect way to end a long warm LA night. * * * Written by: BJ Panda Bear Photos Courtesy of Miu Miu/ BFA
