If you find yourself in New York City today (August 28), you might be caught off guard by the new addition of umpire chairs (or special guests like Desiigner and Ally Love) in front of the NY Public Library, in Union Square, and eight other locations throughout the city.

Umpire chairs are seen as the authority of tennis. Pharrell and Adidas have partnered to give the people of New York a sense of authority, a stage to speak on, a platform to spread love and positivity. The umpire chairs are set throughout the city to give everyone the opportunity to be heard.

The campaign kicked off this past Saturday (August 26), with a tennis clinic for New York's youth. Adidas sponsored tennis athletes, Pharrell Williams, and local youth organizations gathered at Frederick Johnson Community Court in Harlem New York where Pharrell delivered the following manifesto:
_“Every tennis match starts with the same two words: ‘Quiet Please’. But change can be noisy and our love can transform anything. Outside the court we will let our voices be heard as loud as we can. If you see the potential for good, speak up. Together, we can change the game for the better.”_
Adidas and Pharrell are asking you to [Don’t be Quiet Please](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R68krWhXieM). The Quiet Please campaign has partnered with the non-profit HORIZONS to create scholarships for youth tennis players, as well as announced a donation to the NYC Parks Department to restore tennis courts throughout the city.
The collection will be available globally at Adidas retailers, Billionaire Boys Club Flagships, and select retailers August 31st.
