In the dead of the night, uncanny things seem to take place. Maybe it’s the darkness playing tricks on you. Or maybe it truly is the monster under your bed. And just a few nights ago, something strange happened: Gabe Gordon and Timothy Gibbons revealed their Fall/Winter 2026 collection at Arlo Williamsburg. This may not sound unfamiliar, but this wasn’t an ordinary fashion show. It was a show filled with dangerous icy schemes and furious creatures that howl to the moon.

Gabe Gordon and Timothy Gibbons push the boundaries of experimental fashion, crafting uniquely cut and layered garments rooted in sustainability. Partners both in life and in design, Gordon and Gibbons merge their expertise in textiles and costume design to create garments that tell vivid, immersive stories. For their Fall/Winter 2026 collection, they have teamed up with renowned brands UGG, Jansport, and TomTex, which only use bio-based materials, to bring a hauntingly inventive runway to life.

Gordon and Gibbons balance comfort with drama, pairing uniquely cut knits and soft alpaca jumpers with tailored wool pieces and sharp TomTex bioleather jackets. The collection moves from relaxed shapes to bold asymmetrical designs, while mini dresses with playful petticoats add a touch of flair. With each look styled with off-duty UGG boots and Jansport backpacks to complete the casual yet thoughtfully put together looks.

But beneath that relaxed exterior, something sinister appears. The models carry a dark past of the disgraced ice queen, Tonya Harding, as they hold dangling ice skates, aggressive frostbitten makeup, and disheveled Tonya bangs. And for the others, we seem to catch them mid-transition. Their hands are coated with fur and fingertips like talons as the moon takes hold. What starts with comfort slowly turns strange, revealing the darkness beneath the surface.

As the night closes in, Gordon and Gibbons leave behind a Fall/Winter 2026 collection that theatrically debuts their eased line rooted in sustainability and hidden chaos. Each piece showcases a dedication to craftsmanship and purpose that is displayed within a narrative context meant to intrigue and entice, pulling us deeper into the disturbing allure of darkness.
