Quite literally, anything can happen at the W Hotel. Known for its eclectic aesthetic and pulsating social atmosphere, the W Hotel is the place where eccentric and unpredictable stories unfold. To document their comprehensive mission, W Hotels launched “Hotel Tales” last year, a documentary-style series meant to capture the varied stories that take place on their properties.

This year, the series featured actor Avantika Vandanapu to launch this chapter of the series. To commemorate this installment of “Hotel Tales,” W Hotels hosted a private dinner at the W Toronto during the Toronto International Film Festival, showcasing Vandanapu’s experience in Toronto through the lens of the prolific franchise. The event was timed to align with TIFF, reflecting the franchise's artistry beyond its identity as a luxury hotel brand. A group of creatives and tastemakers gathered at TONO by Akira Black—W Toronto’s signature rooftop dining spot— to witness the brand’s role as a place of vibrant discourse and a nexus of shared discovery.
W Hotels is reimagining the parameters of luxury hospitality, adhering to an ethos that ignites curiosity and expands the minds of anyone who sets foot on their property.
