What better way is there to beckon the autumn equinox than with music and champagne? Autumn may be a time for stillness, but the reverberations of summer still echo, allowing creativity to flourish in the bliss of artistic camaraderie. Legendary music studio Larrabee Studios and luxury champagne house Krug Champagne understand this, which is why they have announced their newest series, The Art of Blending Krug & Sound at Larrabee Studios, a sensorial dining experience blending the lineage of champagne with the sensations of music.

Krug Champagne hosted an intimate preview of their forthcoming dining experience. Attendees included rap alchemist Nas and pop starlet Ashlee Simpson Ross, alongside industry luminaries Jeremy Pope, Chloe Flower, Reign Judge, and Dahi. Guests shared vibrant conversations about the memories and themes the champagne tasting sparked for them. Larrabee Studios Founder Manny Marroquin, along with producers Nick Rosen, Scott Tibbs, and Leo Costa, then turned these sentiments into an original live musical score, translating the champagne's assemblage into music. 

At the heart of the experience is a celebration of Krug’s Les Créations de 2013, a limited-edition release blending Krug 2013 and Krug Grande Cuvée 169ème Édition. Guests also enjoyed a multi-course dinner served by VERSE Chef Oscar Torres. 

The Art of Blending Krug & Sound at Larrabee Studios will take place at Larrabee’s storied Studio 6 on September 28th, 29th, and 30th. Tickets can be purchased here.
