Solomun will make a return to New York for the opening of Pacha New York. He is playing the night free of charge through a registration lottery. This will be offered to fans who attended his Fulton Fish Market show and Knockdown Center afterparty. With the opening taking place during the busy Ibiza season, the decision was not simple.
Solomun was asked to be a part of the Pacha New York opening early on. However, he was focused on his own New York performance at the time. His initial answer was no, with the only available date falling amidst his time in Ibiza.
Throughout the years, Solomun’s summers have stuck to a similar routine. When the season begins, he invariably remains in Europe, free from changing time zones and intercontinental travel. This flow is one that has been positive for Solomun for over a decade, and Pacha was no exception. But after the Bronx took place, his usual pattern was altered.

Despite the rain, thousands showed up at Fulton Fish Market for his performance in May. The stormy weather did not subside for the majority of the show, yet fans stayed till the end. This display of immense support was impossible for Solomun to ignore, and he wanted to show his appreciation in response.
Admission to Pasha New York’s opening night will be accessible through a registration lottery for all who attended at the Fulton Fish Market and Knockdown Center. Opposing rapid purchasing power, those who are eligible all receive the same chance to be a part of continuing the Pacha New York legacy.
