Flickering with lights, the Guggenheim’s rotunda radiated a palpable futuristic energy on the night of the 2026 YCC Party. An evening where art, music, and style collided, the 2026 Young Collectors Council Party marked the event’s 30th anniversary. Presented by LG Electronics, the one-night-only dance party hosted international artists, patrons, fashion guests, and social media personalities for an immersive art experience.

New York’s iconic Guggenheim Museum was transformed for the event by art collaborator Diane Severin Nguyen. Using LG OLED technology, Nguyen created multisensory activations for guests to experience. Renowned for her work across photography, video, and installation, Nguyen’s activations included an immersive soundscape, a breathing room, and aura photography by AURA JOURNEY—evoking the undiscovered energies of Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural marvel.

Additionally, guests enjoyed a private culinary experience by GOURMEGA, a new supper club by Ghetto Gastro. Hundreds of attendees sipped craft cocktails while perusing the Guggenheim’s current rotunda exhibition and reveling in the high energy of DJ sets by The Muses, nguyendowsXP, Dylan Rhee, and Angel + Dren.
The evening also celebrated the 2026 LG Guggenheim Award, honoring this year’s recipient, Trevor Paglen. Recognized for his pioneering work in art and technology, Paglen will present a public exhibition at the museum on May 18.
In its thirtieth year, the YCC Party has become an established event for art, fashion, and philanthropy. Among the guests were artists Anthony Akinbola, Jes Fan, Lucia Hierro, Tommy Kha, Baseera Khan, Elle Pérez, and Rachel Rossin; YCC cochairs Sophia Cohen, Hannah Gottlieb-Graham, Alyssa Yoon, and Tiffany Zabludowicz; and party cochairs Hannah Chody,Tinx, Lux Pascal, and Paul Henkel, among other cultural figures. Funds raised from the evening will be allocated to the Young Collectors Council Art Fund, supporting contemporary artists and the museum’s permanent collection, exhibitions, and initiatives.
