At the start of this month, TheBillboardCreative began installing a citywide exhibition featuring the work of both established and emerging artists. Founded in 2015, the non-profit arts organization stages billboard exhibitions of artists at various stages in their careers. This allows veteran artists to continue building their body of work, and provides increased exposure for new and upcoming artists. The billboard exhibitions are typically on display for one month’s time, and are a means, also, to make art more accessible to the general public. The 2018 LA show, curated by [Andrea Blanch](http://museemagazine.com/about/), founder and editor of Musee Magazine, spans 31 billboards in total and features the work of artists like Lawrence Weiner, Marilyn Minter, Laurie Simmons and Spencer Tunick, among that of several other emerging artists. Past exhibitions have featured the work of, Paul McCarthy, Ed Ruscha, Jack Pierson, Alex Prager and Jennifer Steinkamp. The billboards will be on display throughout Los Angeles for the remainder of the month. * * * Written by Sundai Johnson
