Not only does it have a unique unthreaded aesthetic, but is also extremely innovative with its airbag material. Kanghyuk Choi and Sanglak Shon explain the process of infusing Reebok’s Sole Fury Silhouette with Kanghyuk’s expertise: “We designed the Kanghyuk x Reebok Advanced Concepts Sole Fury by using parts of the car airbags material we use in our ready to wear collection. Pieces of the airbag have been patch-worked together randomly over 3 layers, where the under layer forms the body, on the middle layer a long leftover airbag material is attached - folded - laser cut live and, finally on the upper layer, the parts are stitched together using the brand’s signature contrast stitching. Each shoe has its own individual number to reflect the uniqueness of the hand making process.” Photo courtesy of Reebok ![Photo courtesy of Reebok](https://assets-global.website-files.com/62ee0bbe0c783a903ecc0ddb/6472b74e28d062243a5907ca_flaunt%2Bmagazine%2BREEBOK%2BX%2BKANGHYUK%2B2.jpeg) Photo courtesy of Reebok The event is from 6-9pm and is collaboration with D/ ARK, featuring an installation and an early release of a few sneakers.
