Last night at Hollywood's veritable den of decadence, [Avenue](http://avenuela.com/)—Flaunt, alongside new pal and vape innovator, [Ghost](https://www.ghostvapes.com/)—toasted Halsey, who graced the cover of The Aftershock Issue earlier this year. With a sexy dj set from Dana Boulos as a prelude, Halsey stepped to the mic and showed us why she's currently wrapping a sold out global tour.
