A brighter constellation of stars and scions is seldom seen assembled in one setting. Some of L.A.'s biggest names--Rosetta Getty, Eric Buterbaugh, Gia Coppola, Jacqui Getty, Irena Medavoy, Jennifer Meyer, Brigette Romanek and Kelly Sawyer--consolidated their cache to celebrate the launch of _London Uprising: Fifty Fashion Designers, One City,_ a broad documentation of the rich creative community of the London fashion world edited by Tania Fares, "a passionate supporter of the London fashion industry" and co-founder of the non-profit BFC Fashion Trust. The celebration took place within the intimate confines of Rosetta Getty's private abode which was lavishly enlivened for the event by floral arrangements designed by Eric Buterbaugh. Guests mingled among spirits and bites by Jon & Vinny's and explored the new book. Notable attendees included Rowan Blanchard, Toni Garrn, Jennifer Stallone, Mario Testino, Crystal Lourd, Kimberly Muller, Naomi Nelson, and Natalie Joos. LA-based designers were also in attendance including Ambre Dahan, Gela Nash Taylor, Erin Fetherston, Justin Kern and Stephanie Danan of Co., Lisa Marie Fernandez, Pamela Skaist-Levy, Rachel Roy, and Rebecca de Ravenel. Check out our gallery for shots of the glamorous evening. **About the book:** _London Uprising: Fifty Fashion Designers, One City_ takes readers on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour into the studios of fifty leadings designers, from Stella McCartney to Simone Rocha, J.W. Anderson to Paul Smith, to uncover a creative hub that has grown up, flourished, and matured in the past fifteen years.  The featured designers open up about their practices and philosophies and share a wealth of material from their private collections.  With a compelling introduction by fashion journalist Sarah Mower that contextualizes the featured designers within the international fashion landscape—both in terms of creativity and commerce—and edited by BFC Fashion Trust cofounder and _Vogue_ contributor Tania Fares, _London Uprising_ is a documentary of the workplaces and stories of a multigenerational, multinational fashion community. **About Tania Fares:** Tania Fares is a passionate supporter of the London fashion industry and co-founded and co-chairs the BFC Fashion Trust since 2011.  This not-for-profit organization is an interdisciplinary hub that connects more than 145 community members from business, finance and the arts, who gain access to studio tours and talks by leading fashion figures. It also mentors and supports talented young designers. Fares is also a British _Vogue_ contributing editor, member on the advisory board of Sotheby's, and member on the advisory board of the British Fashion Council.
