Even the staff’s Juanjo Oliva–designed uniforms serve best as a continuation of this conversation with history.

In La Cúpula, dishes reimagine the classics, paying quiet homage to luminaries like Picasso and Julio Camba. At the 27 Club cocktail bar, one sips beside artifacts that once held poetry, ideas, and rebellion, feeling the pulse of the city’s imagination beneath our fingertips.
