Jersey-born singer/songwriter Adam Melchor is the opera-trained indie artist. In his recent move to Los Angeles, Melchor set his foundations in the songwriting community relaying personal experiences to convey an intimate understanding of life's vicissitudes. Today, he releases "3 Hours Ahead,” narrating a reconnection with an old friend that moved to Arizona to get sober. This enduring friendship is a sonic display of love and support while the two spent five years apart in different zones. Delicate melodies, layered vocals, and vivid lyrics define Adam’s vulnerability in music. Five sold out dates with Mt. Joy and three with Mac Ayres, Melchor proves to be an emerging voice both on stage and in writing capacities.
