Known for being unapologetically herself, last night was no different for singer [Kim Petras](https://www.flaunt.com/content/kim-petras) as she strutted in front of protester groups from the Westboro Baptist Church, protesting her show in Kansas City. Petras remained unfazed by the hateful protesters in her all black skin-tight bodysuit and thigh-high boots.

The German singer has enjoyed growing success in the past two years, collaborating with different artists and releasing multiple projects since her first breakout singles, carving out a spot in the contemporary pop music genre.
Kim Petras not only stood up for herself, but for the LGBTQ+ community, as it showed that those harmful words and actions of groups like the Westboro Baptist Church are intolerable. In turn, Petras asserts that her shows are a place for love and acceptance, and her actions show it.
