The “Culture and Consciousness” conference will be live from the 9th to the 13th of November 2020 as the first of many online conferences for “Human Brains,” a program of exhibitions, debates and publishing activities that will take place from November 2020 to November 2022. As part of the conference there will be five daily discussions, from 7 to 9 pm CET (10 am to 12 pm PST), focused on the study of consciousness in neurosciences. Each panel will include a debate between two scholars coordinated by one or more moderators.
The project, a result of complex research conducted in collaboration with a scientific board, will explore our brains, language, consciousness, and creativity by bringing together neuroscientists, psychologists, linguists, anthropologists, and philosophers such as Jean-Pierre Changeux, Antonio Damasio, Stanislas Dehaene, Michele Di Francesco, Eve Marder, Andrea Moro, Mavi Sanchez-Vives, Idan Segev, Ian Tattersal, and Giulio Tononi.
Discussions are open to everyone and will be streamed live on [humanbrains.fondazioneprada.org](https://urlsand.esvalabs.com/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fhumanbrains.fondazioneprada.org%2Fen%2F&e=36619cc8&h=f85b0a22&f=y&p=y "humanbrains.fondazioneprada.org").
