[Teddy](https://www.instagram.com/teddy/?hl=en) premieres the music video for his newest track “Spine“ featuring appearances by [ILOVEMAKONNEN](https://www.instagram.com/ilovemakonnen/) and [Fat Nick](https://www.instagram.com/therealfatnick/). Teddy first gained clout when his single “No Hoe,” went viral on Soundcloud, gaining influential fans like Rich the Kid and the aforementioned Lil Peep. After transplanting to Los Angeles, Teddy ran with the alt-rock tinged trap music and worked with LA based artists such as Smokeasac, Nessly, and Bexey. He released his debut EP _Castle With No Light_ last fall and joined Fat Nick on his Generation Numb tour. His self-titled album drops on April 26th.
The music Teddy creates exists in the space between Post Malone and the late Lil Peep, creating a bridge connecting trap and alternative rock. Backed by an acoustic guitar loop, sounding like an intro for a never-before-released Nirvana track, Teddy rips into a hook about falling in love with a girl who wants to break his spine.
