It's a common slight, possibly driven by jealousy, that models are invariably one-trick ponies. But here at Flaunt we count too many models among our friends to subscribe to such silly stereotypes. We've got the proof right here. See those photos up there? Nice, right? They were shot by frequent Flaunt featuree and Ford model [Braina Laviena](http://brainalaviena.com/), along with her creative partner [**Andrew Echev**](http://www.lavienaechev.com/)**.** The two dashing gentleman that she used as subjects are the new band Swimsuit Issue, which we've been grooving to at our desks for a week now, and who--you guessed it--are fronted by another Ford model, Miles Garber. L.A. native Garber rose to fame as a model in NYC, but he recently put his career aside, moved back to the Best Coast, and began pursuing music full-time with Swimsuit Issue. It's been going swimmingly so far: the band signed with **108 Music** (home to Rick Rubin, D.R.A.M, Run The Jewels, etc.) and will be releasing their **first official single with the label, "Look Now", in May,** to be followed by their much-anticipated **debut EP** later this year. Until then you can get a taste of their sound with their independently released first track, 'Break' [here](https://soundcloud.com/swimsuit-issue/tracks). Swimsuit Issue will be playing their [L.A. debut show](http://www.thesatellitela.com/event/1462114-swimsuit-issue-palm-los-angeles/) TOMORROW at The Satellite in Silverlake, and those in the know would be loath to miss it.  Styled by Jessie Jamz Photography by [LAVIENA & ECHEV](http://www.lavienaechev.com/) Written by Sid Feddema
