[Lolo Zouaï](https://www.instagram.com/lolozouai/?hl=en)’s dream pop sound mixed with her cheeky lyrics have certainly made her one to watch. The 24-year old songstress dropped her flashy neon video for “Caffeine” off her debut album _High Highs to Low Lows,_ which serves an homage to the ‘90s and ‘00s video queens (think Britney and Christina) but with a futuristic twist.
Though Zouaï is a fresh face, she has already catapulted to prominence, and has drawn comparisons to chart-topping superstars like Ariana Grande and H.E.R. (whom she has already collaborated with). Don’t think for a second that she’s a cookie cutter pop star, though. The Paris-born songstress’ unique sound draws inspiration from her Arabic roots, and her charmingly tough persona is representative of the Brooklyn girl she has become.
