This time by teaming up with the Galleria Borghese, a museum in Rome, to create the Caravaggio Research Institute.  This institute will feature the artist, Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio's 16th Century paintings. This artist, born in Milan in 1571 is said to have "almost single-handedly create the Baroque style, according to his [biography](http://www.caravaggio.org).  The plan for the series of exhibitions is to have them travel the world, beginning with Los Angeles. The Getty Museum is the first location to host the Caravaggio art and among these is said to be three pieces coming from the Galleria Borghese which are, "David With the Head of Golith," "Saint Jerome," and "Boy With a Basket of Fruit."  The Getty is expected to host the exhibits beginning November 21.
