At the age of 17 Louisahhh immersed herself in the house and techno scene. Sneaking in to New York City clubs with her fake ID. These days she no longer needs to sneak in to clubs as she headlines the venues she plays around the world.
After making a name for herself as part of a successful house duo, NYCPARTYINFO, she dove into a solo career joining French techno DJ Brodinski's label Bromance Records as the only female artist.
Now the Paris based DJ is in demand as ever globe trotting and moving the crowd to her inescapable set. Over the weekend the DJ found herself in LA playing another one of her infectious sets to a Halloween ready crowd at the [Minimal Effort](http://minimaleffort.net) party. Here is her weekend recall.

Before playing I like to stretch, get my body ready to move. I got these silly little yoga gloves/socks that give traction on any surface that I bring on tour when a yoga mat would be too cumbersome. Being exposed in my absurd pre-show ritual proves to be embarrassing.

Finishing touches on hair and makeup before heading to Minimal Effort. Not quite sure what this costume is but I am stoked to be wearing a cape and face paint.

Getting lost after parking the car looking for artist check in.

Met some adorable fans doing a cyberpunk halloween. I look like a proud mom.

Taking over the decks, clearly in ‘the zone’.

Heading home. One of the best things about playing in LA, where I used to live, is renting a car and driving around late at night to loud techno. I miss this a lot now that I am based in Paris. This car is a ridiculous Dodge Challenger that I try to drive every time I come here.
