Chenut’s brilliant directoral eye coexists with TORB’s futuristically eerie music. Nature is reverberated through the film with wide shots of a lonesome desert landscape, both a figment of fantastical beauty and a terrifying barren of isolation. TORB is attuned to heightening the narrative through the sonic resonance within the EP, similarly playing like an inviting film score.  Lead actress, Sam Fox, spoke that “It had the makings of all the things I enjoy; outer space, good vs evil, a badass techno soundtrack, but when I asked excitedly about the rest of the crew and he revealed the crew was him plus a sound guy, I instantly felt terror.” Fox continues with the subsequent fears that coincide with being an independent filmmaker, “I’ve had many experiences with guerrilla filmmaking, almost none of them good. Sebastien showed up to set as the producer, director, writer, art dept, location scout, grip, gaffer, and personnel chef and by golly knocked it out of the goddamn park.” About the collaboration Fox further elaborates, “When Sebastien first approached me about this project I was instantly psyched. It had the makings of all the things I enjoy; outer space, good vs evil, a badass techno soundtrack, but when I asked excitedly about the rest of the crew and he revealed the crew was him plus a sound guy, I instantly felt terror. After seeing the final product I could not believe we pulled it off. The French have a way of mastering things I guess. We discussed doing another film like this together and when crew came into question, he said next time around he’ll hire someone else to cook.” Courtesy of bORDEL ![Courtesy of bORDEL](https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/56c346b607eaa09d9189a870/1583264266253-V8GH5SW2R3HIR22BBKIW/IMG_2092.JPG) Courtesy of bORDEL Courtesy of bORDEL ![Courtesy of bORDEL](https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/56c346b607eaa09d9189a870/1583264307245-VTHNXG7JH20FR5J11TKA/IMG_4313.JPG) Courtesy of bORDEL
