If you’ve been on the hunt for a 70s-style rocker with an electric guitar and ruffled blouse, you’re in luck. Parker Emeigh, frontman of the band “Good Dog Nigel,” is releasing a new single titled “Strawberries.” The accompanying video features his soft voice over a backdrop of roller skates and disco lights.
Emeigh has been busy the past few years, pursuing music with a boundless energy. He performed on stage before learning to play guitar, and ordered 300 vinyl copies of his previous EP before having an audience to sell them to. Still, the albums sold and the show was a hit. A bit of charm and a good song will take you far.
Now, Emeigh is encouraging others to follow his ambitious lead on “Strawberries.” He said, “Sometimes certain moments in life are so beautiful and surreal, yet so brief and overlooked. If one allows them-self the space to find and realize these moments, they will begin to do the same to you. Don’t hesitate!”
