Paolo Ventura’s fantastical imagery will be summoned to life at his solo exhibition “An Invented World” at the [Galerie XII](https://www.galerie-photo12.com/EN/). Ventura epitomizes a personified historical imagery with an admiration for a monochrome perspective. His hallmark relics of a wartime Italy that dance in his head seep onlookers into a visionary world personally sourced from his hometown Even within the constricting dimensions of a Brooklyn apartment, Ventura’s artistic mind never wavered. Ultimately graduating from the use of puppets and smaller dioramas into large scale pieces such as Collages (2017-2019) and Short Stories (2012-2015). Galerie XII will be celebrating their first anniversary with the display of Ventura’s collection alongside brand new debuts on January 18th from 4-7PM at the Galerie XII in Los Angeles.
