Here’s a bit of wonderful news to close out your week: Org Music has released an LP titled “The Midnight Special: Live in Nottingham 1957,” which captures a solo performance and backroom sessions from artist Big Bill Broonzy, the influential Blues musician from 1920’s through the late 1950s, who copyrighted more than 300 songs in the course of his internationally lauded career. This record is smokin’ and available for purchase [here](https://orgmusic.merchnow.com/products/v2/314237/the-midnight-special-live-in-nottingham-1957)!
On August 29, for “Record Store Day,” Org Music will release a limited-edition LP that highlights classic blues tracks compiled by record store employees titled “Sunrise on the Blues: Sun Records Curated by Record Store Day, Volume 7.”
It looks like we’re counting on Org Music to soundtrack these summer blues! Enjoy.
