The two week long festival will feature headlining musicians like Flying Lotus and Thundercat performing with 3-D visuals, St. Vincent presenting a piece with multi-disciplinary designer and director Willo Perron, and Ice-T breaking down his path to becoming a Hip-Hop statesman. Each event will take place in locations unique to LA, helping to revive established spaces in the city and discover new hidden gems. In addition, the RBMA will create a space of their own with OPEN BETA, a temporary multimedia performance space created by visual artist Taran Allen. The space will be the central site to have an in-depth audio-visual experience. If you can’t catch the festival in person, Red Bull Radio will feature LA-focused programming throughout October, event live streams from the festival, convos with featured artists on the Peak Time show and more.
