 Jorja Smith at The Novo in Los Angeles | shot by Isaac von Hallberg * * * Last night (April 18), Jorja Smith, along with openers Tom Misch and Ama Lou, hit Los Angeles for a show at The Novo. Jorja started off 2018 releasing her single, “[Let Me Down](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gaEPYljtIAw)," which features fellow UK act Stormzy, and has a [drama-filled video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWXHkYMZ4LQ) that pairs quite nicely with it.  The expressive songstress also stars on “[I Am](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdg6bVqMhK0),” a standout track on the _Black Panther_ soundtrack. While between Coachella weekends (she'll rip the desert stage once more in a few), she cooed and wailed gorgeous, intimate numbers—even covering Frank Ocean's "Lost."
