Within a few short months the ‘[Organic Clients Agency](http://www.organicclientsagency.com)’, Co-Founded by the British media agent and 20-year-old Matthew J Phillips, has plans to rebrand. Just last Saturday, Matthew shared the spoils of his success on Instagram after what seemed to be an enjoyable Five Guys shake with his brother Daniel before purchasing a solid gold ring with an engraved dragon of the Welsh flag, paying homage to his birthplace. Matthew said that since his small success he’s rarely put any funds anywhere other than the agency. In fact, since beginning in business at age 17, a gold ring like in the movies, similar to Scarface, has always caught his attention. He’s grateful to have been able to tick off a purchase for himself. However, don’t think this wasn’t in vain! This move was also in the name of branding - as he mentioned on Instagram that he’d always wanted a ring for meetings, so this was, in a sense, a personal purchase that could also be leveraged.
Now, Matthew has gone back to the drawing board after revealing plans of rebranding his agency to have a more catchy, flavourful name. The objective was to relate purely to the outcome his agency produces for clients - credibility, clout, fame, and authority - before moving forwards on heavy branding plans for the company’s image to stretch towards the seven-figure evaluation mark. Name ideas validated with his audience consisted of labels like Approved, Top Name amongst others.
Matt’s agency has a vast network of premium contacts, including Entrepreneur, GQ, Forbes, Daily Mail, and others allowing them to assist in publishing content on entrepreneurs and influencers that meet agency requirements. The result? Clients can have articles showcasing their brand published in dozens of online publications allowing for huge brand awareness, increased sales, more followers, and countless opportunities.
Matthew says the current name ‘Organic Clients Agency’ was born from his educational company hosting the hit program Organic Clients, where Matthew would work with coaches and consultants on Facebook to acquire clients organically. Simply adding the word agency to the end, the concept was to continue on the same path, but add in PR and audience growth to accelerate his clients’ growth. This grounded Matthew in growing deep-rooted connections throughout the Media industry - with a heavy well-off and growing clientele, he feels that it’s only right to step further into the mainstream with the aim of building a recognized company brand that extends beyond his own name.
