New York four-piece [Loose Buttons](https://www.instagram.com/loosenupyourbuttons/)’ new track “Fell Into A Hole” has the electric flare of early 2000s pop punk, alongside Los Angeles surf rock vocals. This is all to say, the song is a fusion of any punk rock princess’s favorite elements, and you should be jamming this all throughout your Finals all-nighters. It’s intoxicating adrenaline will work better than any shotgunned Redbull.
About “Fell Into A Hole” the band writes, “There are days when you come home from a mundane 9-to-5, check social media, see all your old friends are settling down and kind of start to feel this robotic reality creep into the exact same spot where your dreams should be," says Nizgretsky of the inspiration for the track. "That causes me a lot of dread, but over time I started to embrace the old truism that the best fix is realizing you aren’t alone – and that has really been a key. That’s why it’s so important to me that this song is a duet with a close friend, and I’m pretty lucky to have Ava be a part of it.”
The song is a duet between Loose Buttons’ [Eric Nizgresky](https://www.instagram.com/nizgretsky/) and [Ava Trilling](https://www.instagram.com/avatrillz/) from [Forth Wanderers.](https://www.instagram.com/forthwanderers/) Keep an eye out for their debut album _Something Better_ out February 7th.
