[Gypsy Sport](https://gypsysportny.com/) was founded as an all-inclusive tribe. With unisex appeal and a sustainability complex, designer Rio Uribe has propelled his stance in the industry with originality and community. For Spring/ Summer 2020, Uribe transformed a Lower East Side lounge into a runway for eccentric industry-goers. Like an intergalactic tropical dream, the collection was a colorful display of upcycled materials— coin sarongs, flower patched denim and blazers, and whip-stitched sweats— worn by a variety of glitter-soaked models. The garments show a promising trajectory for the social brand as it continues to advocate for freedom of identity in clothing.
