The omnipresent [Chloé](https://www.chloe.com/us/chloe/women/fashionshow/chloe_springsummer2020_section) optimism looks towards the future in reflection of individuation and global awareness. The Spring-Summer 2021 collection designed by Natacha Ramsay-Levi encompasses a fluctuation of silhouettes in movement on the streets of Paris, converging into Tokyo. The deliberate physical movement explores introspection, in conjunction with the show’s melodious acoustic environment. The graphic work of American artist Corita Kent is featured throughout the collection, symbolizing pieces of visual poetry amongst explosions of color. Corita’s artworks are printed, knitted, and woven into garments and accessories, utilizing a mixed-media approach to silhouettes and surfaces. As calm amongst the chaos, garments in the collection are softened by graceful geometric shapes. Pleated crèpe ‘arsenic’ dresses and camisoles are adorned with fine lines of lacework. Other geometry in the collection includes embroidered butterfly collars, and cotton tunics arranged with appliqué Art Nouveau blooms. Each garment in the collection represents a modern take on traditional elements of Chloé’s signature brand.  The Chloé Spring-Summer 2021 accessory line presents a new Hailey bolster-shaped handbag in smooth calfskin with a brushed gold stirrup frame and supple drawstring sides. Amulet jewels are engraved and cuffs are cladded in leather. Laced and keyhole sandal boots are layered with leather, canvas and suede.
