Texas-based international rap artist [S.O.](https://www.instagram.com/sothekid/) has released his new EP titled _Larry Ginni Crescent,_ and now he shares the music video for one of the standout tracks, "Want You. Premiered today exclusively on _Flaunt_, the video is led by S.O.'s fans, who have helped the artist put together a moving fan montage video dedicated to love and commitment.
This EP follows the success of S.O.’s last album, _Augustine’s Legacy,_ dedicated to his late father and his first child, amassing over 16 million streams on Spotify. With his new project, he traces back his roots to his hometown in Nigeria where he was born and raised—bringing some nostalgia with him and naming the album after the street in Lagos where he lived as a child.
This new project was written and composed by the artist and produced alongside with his long-time collaborator and Grammy award-nominated producer GP and burgeoning Nigerian producers TBabz and SteveRawd. The previous lead singles include “Kinda Love” dedicated to his wife, exuding the virtues of their love, and “Corner (O Ti De)” where he sings “no babalawo in my corner, just God putting things in order.” With the sexy R&B driven song "Want You,” S.O. is set to take the EP to new heights.
S.O. reveals one of the last songs they created for this project was “Want You.” He explains, “GP snuck it in at the last minute and helped with the melody. I love when a song writes itself: from the first verse, to the hook, shoot even to the production. Another love song but this time, not simply to my wife but universally for all who are in committed relationships. The video reflects this too. My idea was to have my fans from all over the world share videos of their significant others. It became a video showcasing love from all over the world with people from different walks of life. I’m really excited about releasing the video.”
S.O. has over 40 million global streams, sold-out shows across 3 continents and has charted has charted in the Top 30 on the Billboard Rap album and Billboard Christian album charts, as well as in the Top 10 on the Billboard Heatseekers album chart and in the Top 5 on the iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap album chart. Having lived in Lagos, London and now Texas, he’s definitely an international artist by every sense of the word.
