Uk-based singer, songwriter, and producer, **_Elderbrook_** AKA Alexander Kotz, is the Grammy-nominated 26-year old dominating the dance/ electronic category. Elderbrook infamously earned a track record of sold-out headlining shows accompanying artists like **_Rüfüs Du Sol_**, **_The Wombats_**, and **_Bonobo_**. Last year, Alexander teamed up with production duo **_CamelPhat_** to drop, “a cool little club record” entitled ‘[**_Cola_**](https://youtu.be/LcNXG-6SqWA).’ While the club record did, in fact, mesmerize the underground scene, it catapulted into the mainstream dance arena, emerging as a surprise nomination for the 2018 Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording. Recently, Kotz has returned from a three-month tour around the US, UK, and Germany, where he released his latest EP, “Old Friend.” We caught up with the burgeoning musician to catch a glimpse of a weekend in his hometown of London.
