The Ninth Wave is a dark post-punk band rooted in DIY ethos and pop hooks. In their hometown of Glasgow, the four-piece mesh their yin-yang energy to manifest originality in their sound and aesthetic. Adolescent in their career, members Haydn, Millie, Lewis, and Kyalo have already turned the heads of Hedi Slimane and Charles Jeffery; collaborating with the fashion icons as of recent. Today, the synergistic punk group release “Half Pure,” the latest addition to their catalog of eerie videos. The Rianne White shot visual is a painted goth-pop scene; reinventing a morbid runway show.
