Justice Baiden (A.K.A. justicewearscoolpants) is a co-founder of Love Renaissance, LVRN, the greatly acclaimed, Black-founded label and music management company, which just this week Bloomberg announced.

From LVRN's beginnings in Atlanta, started by five friends with a shared vision for a better way to approach the management of music artists, they grew and expanded to include the Love Renaissance record label (through a joint venture with Interscope), as well as a adding a music publishing partnership (with Warner Chappell) , among his roster of artists are 6LACK, Summer Walker, Westside Boogie, Davido, DVSN, Spinall and Baby Tate.

Justice sat down with Rhiyen Sharp in Los Angeles, where they talked management, the music industry and life in general.
