As the sun sets on one chapter of Jason "Human Kebab" Parsons' life, a new dawn emerges, illuminating the path to a fresh, invigorating artistic journey. For over 15 years, the multi-talented DJ, producer, rapper, and voice actor traveled to 11 different countries as one-half of the Canadian Alternative Rock duo USS (Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker). The band headlined and sold out numerous venues and festivals across Canada, the US, Germany, Austria, and Japan, accumulating an impressive array of accolades in the process.

Parsons' relentless pursuit of his passions led him to create the “Headstand Scratch”, a gravity-defying performance in which he scratches his turntables while executing a headstand. He also developed a solo radio show, the Mill Street Mixtape, which aired in Edmonton, Alberta; Laguna Beach, California; and Toronto and Kingston, Ontario.

Throughout his career, Parsons worked with a diverse range of artists, including global multi-platinum Universal Music Artist Lights, and opened for acts such as Our Lady Peace, Bush, Live, The Tea Party, Moist, Bone Thugs N' Harmony, and Superorganism. His voiceover work includes campaigns for The Home Depot, Dempster's, Marks, and IKO Industries, while his on-camera appearances feature in TV commercials for Canada's largest pizza restaurant chain, Pizza Pizza.

Having experienced both the peaks and valleys of the music industry, Parsons' story is a testament to the power of self-belief and determination. Moving from small-town Canada to the bustling metropolis of Toronto, he faced the daunting challenge of making a name for himself in the arts and entertainment world. Undeterred, he and his bandmate recorded their first album and distributed it to anyone who would listen. Their perseverance paid off when a DJ in Toronto took notice and vouched for them, ultimately securing their place at the top of Canada's rock radio scene.

Now, as he steps away from the limelight of touring and performing, Parsons has set his sights on the American voice acting scene, eager to challenge himself and make his mark in this competitive industry. His years on the road have provided a wealth of wisdom, which he now shares with others, encouraging them to listen to their inner voice and never shy away from their potential. He emphasizes the importance of patience and humility, asserting that success is achievable for those willing to put in the hard work and dedication.

Looking ahead, Parsons envisions a future of touring with a new rock band and conquering the US market, likening the recognition by the American music industry to winning a gold medal in the Olympics. He also aspires to become a movie trailer voice artist, showcasing his diverse talents on a global stage.

As Jason "Human Kebab" Parsons embarks on this new artistic adventure, his story serves as an inspiration for those navigating the unpredictable terrain of the arts and entertainment world. With a perfect blend of talent, grit, and perseverance, he seamlessly transitioned from rockstar to voiceover virtuoso, proving that no challenge is too great for those willing to take the leap.
