Bedros Keuilian is the mastermind and secret weapon for thousands of entrepreneurs wanting to scale their businesses and increase their presence in the industry. Bedros specializes in coaching first-time business owners who wish to take their small business and make it an authority within their market. He is best known for helping entrepreneurs fine-tune their skills to make 8 and 9-figure incomes a reality. Overall, Bedros knows what works when scaling a business, as he has proudly scaled hundreds of businesses into a success story throughout his career by helping entrepreneurs achieve massive breakthroughs.
Bedros was a true rags-to-riches story. Having escaped communism as a child by coming to America, he was determined to live the American Dream. His success story started with his being overweight, having bad eating habits, low self-esteem, and low confidence. When he knew he needed to change, he saw his fitness journey as a way to alter his physique and perspective on life. As he became healthier, he started gaining the willpower to love himself and do what was best for his mental and physical well-being. His brand was built on what transformed him physically and then mentally, and realizing that it would work for others.
In addition to exercise and weight reduction, Bedros experimented with counseling, equipping people with the proper perspective on money and entrepreneurship. In fact, he recently launched a podcast expounding on his ideas on the topics, aiming to inspire and educate his audiences. He then decided to share this magic elixir of fitness and a positive mindset with the world.
According to Bedros, leadership is one of entrepreneurs’ biggest problems when trying to scale a business. Your skillset to share your vision with a growing team, and then your ability to communicate with that team to have them find passion and work towards that vision, should be a top priority. The bigger your team gets, the harder it becomes to communicate with that team. Unfortunately, most people are not built with factory-installed leadership skills. Most individuals have to go through training to develop those skills.
“If you're a poor communicator of vision, poor communicator of your mission, you can't really transfer your feelings over to the employees in your business,” said Bedros. “And if they're not as passionate about it soon, you're going to be passive-aggressive towards them. You're going to dislike them. You're going to want to fire them. And you're going to be disappointed by them. That is where great leadership begins to shine. One area that hinders scaling a business is poor leadership.”
Bedros also manages his Fit Body Boot Camp, which has sites and franchisees across the United States and Canada. Additionally, he established the male-specific online coaching programs Battle Ready Fitness and Fat Loss Program. He is also the creator of the Business Coaching program, which assists aspiring entrepreneurs in advancing their careers in business, finance, and financial independence. Meanwhile, the Squire Program and the Modern Day Knight Project support men and boys in redefining and discovering their manhood, voice, and purpose, as well as cultivating a sense of adventure in life.
When asked what advice he might provide to others who wanted to create their own empires, Bedros suggested that they keep an eye out for influential people in the field they were interested in. One of the wisest things to do is to become aware of who and what controls the field. Then take that information and utilize it with your own business.
