It accompanied me to LaQuan Smith's Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear Show in New York City, and it was the perfect Fashion Week companion. During Fashion Week, you want a bag that's elegant without being bulky, something that's easy to carry from show to show while effortlessly elevating your look. Chanel has always represented timeless elegance, but knowing this bag was present during one of fashion's biggest runway moments adds another layer to its history.

Q: The Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama Alma BB is another standout.

Yaneik Johnson: Absolutely. The Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama collaboration is one of the most collectible luxury collaborations in recent years, making this Alma BB a truly special piece. It accompanied me and my twin boys to the advance screening of Moana in New York City, making it part of a memory I'll always cherish.

As a mom, I loved that it was both stylish and functional. It was elegant enough for a premiere while still roomy enough to carry all of the essentials for a day out with my boys without sacrificing style. What made the experience even more memorable was how the artistic details of the bag seemed to complement the evening. Yayoi Kusama's playful artwork, the expressive face, vibrant sun motif, and whimsical fish elements felt perfectly at home alongside the adventurous, island-inspired world of Moana. It was one of those moments where fashion, art, and family memories came together effortlessly. This Alma BB is not just a limited-edition bag, it's part of a memorable cultural moment.

Q: Tell us about the Louis Vuitton Monogram Zippy Wallet.

Yaneik Johnson: I love that this story is unexpected. This Monogram Zippy Wallet traveled with me to Poggio Torselli Winery in Tuscany, Italy, where I had the opportunity to meet and spend time with Pasquale Cusano, the owner of both Poggio Torselli Winery and The Ordinary. It was one of those unforgettable experiences where luxury, travel, and meaningful conversations came together in the most authentic way.

That's what I love about luxury, it isn't just about what you carry; it's about where it takes you and the memories you create along the way. This wallet will always remind me of an incredible day in the Tuscan countryside and a memorable conversation with an inspiring entrepreneur.

Q: The Louis Vuitton Monogram Pochette also has an international story.

Yaneik Johnson: It does. This Monogram Pochette traveled to France as part of our partnership event with eBay. It's exciting because it reflects Bazic Instinct's continued growth within the luxury resale space and shows how these pieces become part of experiences long before they find their next owner.

Q: And the final featured piece?

Yaneik Johnson: Depending on the final collection, guests will either have the opportunity to shop a Jacquemus bag that traveled through Milan during Milan Men's Fashion Week 2026, or a Gucci Vintage Supreme bag that was carried during the MLS Opening.
