ATOM Group has announced the formation of a new U.S.-based distribution business following the signing of a term sheet with Rogelio Archilla, professionally known as Don Perry, founder of Dos Rican Consulting, LLC.

The agreement establishes ATOM Distribution, a joint venture designed to serve as a dedicated commercial unit for the promotion and distribution of talent-driven content and digital media assets in the United States.

ATOM Distribution will be incorporated as a Delaware entity, with ATOM Group retaining majority ownership and operational control. Governance will be overseen by a four-member Board of Directors, ensuring structured oversight while enabling efficient execution. A management incentive pool has been created to support future leadership hires and long-term scalability.

The venture is designed to respond to the evolving dynamics of the digital content economy, where technology platforms and talent networks increasingly converge. ATOM Distribution aims to align curated talent with platform-driven monetization through a focused commercial channel.

ATOM Group will contribute its proprietary platform infrastructure, technology, and operational execution through its ecosystems, including JGGL and Arteki. These platforms support the generation, management, and monetization of content across music, video, imagery, animation, and immersive media.

Don Perry will provide exclusive access to his talent roster, creative projects, and international business network, supporting deal origination and commercial development. His career spans decades across the U.S. and global entertainment industries, with a focus on rights management, talent promotion, and strategic deal-making.

According to Dmitry Saksonov, Founding Partner at ATOM Group, ATOM Distribution represents a wide range of ATOM Group’s media initiatives. He noted that combining advanced platform technology with a trusted talent network creates a focused vehicle for long-term value creation in the U.S. market.

Perry described the partnership as a structured alignment built on transparency and execution. He emphasized that ATOM Group’s platform depth and operational capacity provide the foundation needed to efficiently bring talent-driven projects to market.

Initial operations will concentrate on the U.S. market, with potential expansion into other regions as the venture develops. The final structure and operations remain subject to definitive agreements.

Jordan Budd, who supports Don Perry across strategic initiatives and deal execution, contributed to the successful facilitation of the partnership and will continue to provide operational coordination.

ATOM Distribution marks a significant step in ATOM Group’s broader strategy to build platform-driven businesses that integrate talent, technology, and commercial execution under unified governance.
