#### DO YOURSELF A FAVOR
Gallery spaces are minimal for a reason: removing the nonessential makes connecting with art much easier. This is exactly why nude art tours are becoming increasingly popular. Australia’s National Gallery of Art in Canberra is already offering [nude tours of James Turrell: A Retrospective with Stuart Ringholt](http://nga.gov.au/Calendar/NudeTour/). Just imagine your naked self standing in Turrell’s Ganzfeld room “Virtuality Squared,” with every square inch of your skin absorbing the space’s sublime spectrum. What could be less distracting than that?
#### HELLO TO HELLO KITTY
[Yohji Yamamoto](http://www.yohjiyamamoto.co.jp/en/) is going kawaii-high fashion and taking creative charge of [Sanrio’s](http://www.sanrio.com/?gclid=CMi88-TZxsQCFQeDfgod0jcAFQ) latest clothing and accessories line, called Kitty’s. The new brand will feature designs incorporating both [Hello Kitty](http://www.hellokitty.com/) and [My Melody](http://www.sanrio.com/characters-my-melody/) characters. The first Kitty’s store opened in Japan on Wednesday and the second one, also in Japan, is set to open April 2nd.
#### HEMINGWAY’S LAST DREAM
After a long day of hunting on the safari, drinking whiskey, and watching bull fights, what better way to relax than with a nice manly candle. [Wes Lang](http://weslang.blogspot.com/) has created rebellious, skull-ridden candles so that even the surliest among us can enjoy some R&R. The tattoo artist-turned-clothing-designer has released the candle through his line [Best Wishes](http://www.supplystore.com.au/brands/best-wishes/c-28/c-177). The meadow and fern scented table accessories are sold exclusively at Paris based concept store [Colette](http://www.colette.fr/).
#### DRIPPIN’ LIKE WATER
Paint me like one of your...syrup covered hyperreal German girls? [Mike Dargas](http://www.mikedargas.com/)’ freakishly realistic portraits are a new spin on the old ‘cover hot girl with titillating honey-like substance.’ His “Dripping” series with be shown at the [Ponyhof Artclub](http://ponyhof-artclub.blogspot.com/) in Germany through May.
#### GOING HARD IN THE PAINT
[Picasso](http://www.picasso.fr/us/picasso_page_index.php) has rivaled our beloved [Yeezy](http://www.kanyewest.com/) in terms of headline space this month. This time, Italian police [caught](https://news.artnet.com/art-world/italian-police-stop-picasso-smugglers-282174) smugglers trying to leave the country with a Picasso painting worth $16 million. This latest drama comes only weeks after the artist’s electrician was [found guilty](https://news.artnet.com/art-world/picasso-electrician-found-guilty-279674) of having stolen Picassos that he claimed were given to him as a gift. Has anyone started a screenplay on this yet?
#### BABY DON’T HURT ME
All dogs go to heaven and every side is their good side. In a new campaign, the [Humane Society of Utah](http://www.utahhumane.org/) showcases man’s best friend via photographer [Guinnevere Shuster](http://bowwowtimes.com/2015/02/guinnevere-shuster-black-dog-photography/) in a gorgeous and creative series. The photographer took photo booth photos of the furry models and, giving them an opportunity to finally prove to the world that dogs really can smile.
#### THERE’S A METHOD TO THIS MADNESS
Rhizome’s annual [Seven on Seven conference](http://sevenonseven.rhizome.org/), themed “Empathy and Disgust” released an [exciting line-up](http://www.artnews.com/2015/03/25/ai-weiwei-camille-henrot-trevor-paglen-more-will-participate-in-rhizomes-seven-on-seven-conference/) earlier this week. Seven artists paired with seven technologists will create something in a day, present their inventions, and open up a discussion to the attendees. Among the guests are prominent artist [Ai Weiwei](http://aiweiwei.com/), paired with computer hacker [Jacob Appelbaum](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacob_Appelbaum) (a confidant of [Edward Snowden](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Snowden)), and artist [Trevor Paglen](http://www.paglen.com/), paired with Instagram co-founder [Mike Krieger](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Krieger). The conference will take place on May 2nd at [New Museum](http://www.newmuseum.org/), with tickets going for $125.
#### WE’LL SHINE TOGETHER
Someone has Rihanna’s dough and she wants it back! In her latest trap-influenced single, “Bitch Better Have My Money,” the singer makes a dramatic shift from acoustic single, “[FourFiveSeconds](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kt0g4dWxEBo)” and basically spends the entire song angrily demanding more money. In the song’s cover art, Rihanna wears Frida Kahlo-esque bold brows and overdrawn plump lips with braille lettering up the side. If the medium is the message, is Rihanna telling us she’s gone blind?
#### THAT FOLD THO
If ever there was an underdog to root for, it’s [Peter Lindbergh](http://www.peterlindbergh.com/). After hitchhiking through France, Spain, and Morocco in the late ‘70s, the aspiring photographer ended up in Germany where he launched his own studio, and was subsequently chosen by Anna Wintour to shoot her first cover for American Vogue in 1988. His meteoric rise to fame has hardly abated since. Tonight, Uma Thurman is hosting [the U.S. release party](http://www.gagosian.com/news/2015/03/20/854) for the iconic photographer’s book, _Images of Women II: 2005- 2014_ at Gagosian Gallery.
#### MACABRE IS THE NAME OF THE GAME
24-year-old, Stockholm native [Seinabo Sey](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seinabo_Sey) is one of those people who’s just plain talented—you know, the ones you were always jealous of in elementary school. Mixing soul music with pop and electronic, Sey has created a uniquely mystic sound all her own. She is currently signed with [Universal Music Group](http://www.universalmusic.com/) and [Virgin Records](http://www.virginrecords.com/), and is on a European tour that runs through May 2015. #### ANDROGYNY SUITS YOU
Calvin Klein undies never really go out of style, do they? Well, certainly not this season. Rising fashion star and part-time reality television personality—Kendall Jenner—was announced as the new face of the Calvin Klein Jeans [#mycalvins](http://openingceremony.us/products.asp?menuid=2&designerid=2077) denim series. The new line is scheduled to debut at Opening Ceremony’s stores in L.A. and N.Y.C on April 15th.
#### AUGMENT THIS
You know when you’re sunbathing on the roof, listening to Billie Holiday on vinyl, and adjusting your vintage cat eye frames? No? For those who prefer reality to daydreaming, [Pivot](http://www.pivottheworld.com/), the augmented reality app, has a new feature that literally shows the world as it used to be. Users simply raise their phone as if they were taking a photograph, and the app shows that scene as it was years ago.
#### IS BUTTER A CARB?
Denmark is the latest country to [draft rules](http://runway.blogs.nytimes.com/2015/03/26/denmark-steps-into-the-skinny-model-debate/) surrounding the appropriate age/weight for models, but with a weird twist. Unlike most other countries that simply punish people for breaking the rules, Denmark has drafted a charter that essentially requires that models have access to nutrition experts and have yearly health checkups. It also requires that models be paid with actual money, and states that any designers who do not abide by the charter’s rules will be kicked out of [Copenhagen Fashion Week](http://www.copenhagenfashionweek.com/).
