Flaunt and AG celebrated the CALIFUK Los Angeles launch at the Roosevelt Hotel last night
Last night Flaunt and AG supplanted Cape Canaveral and the Baikonur Cosmodrome in sending the biggest launch into space. Our CALIFUK issue launched like a rocket from the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. We quaffed champers at the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse (a nod to their new business class lounge at LAX) with Rodney Bingenheimer, Morgan Stewart, Dorothy Wang, and EJ Johnson, of Rich Kids of Beverly Hills fame, had a few Snow Leopard libations alongside Melanie Pullen and Yung Jake, and finished the evening with a pint of Montejo while gazing longingly at Ellie Rowsell, Joff Oddie, Theo Ellis, and Joel Amey of Wolf Alice.

In order to find out where our intergalactic expedition was headed, we consulted with a psychic--thoughtfully provided by our favored dating app Bumble--who told us our fate (Mars is apparently the place to be), while The Bosco produced a stylish photobooth experience that enabled us to snuggle up to fellow handsome travelers. What once were strangers, but now fast friends after Wolf Alice blasted sonic salvation from their amps, in between astronomical DJ performances by Balthazar Getty, Jack Sills, Mariana Timony, Angela Ratzlaff, and Will Calcutt.

We danced until our feet left us, at home once again amongst the firmament of Hollywood, and anchored only to the buoyant sunrise that reminded us that even an intergalactic traveler on an autumn's night must find a bed.
