Bay Area natives [Peach Tree Rascals](https://www.instagram.com/peachtreerascal/?hl=en) are back at it again, but this time from a sunnier spot. The five-piece indie band spent the end of last month relocating from San Jose to Los Angeles, documenting their moving process for _Flaunt_.
The band is celebrating their monumental move with their sonic single and brightly-hued music video for “Mango,” (directed by Rascals member Jorge Olazaba) a perfect end of summer bop. Laden with youthful animations, the video shows the boys’ day in Santa Cruz, which was spent doing wholesome activities such as chasing birds and breakdancing, and is sure to leave viewers with smiles plastered on their faces.
“‘Mango’ is about creating positive thoughts even on the worst of days. We live in a world where the pressure put on us to do something we don’t want is too common. We want this song to be a reminder to people that this is your world and you are the author of your own story,” the group says of their newest in their recent string of singles. “The song is about escaping from the negative things happening in the world and reminding us that its optimism and happiness that drives us forward. ‘Mango’ captures the true essence of what PTR is all about.”
